  • Origin and processing: soft white cheese made from cow and sheep milk, pasteurized and flavored with chili pepper (0.5%). The processing includes aging for about 20 days.

  • Unique flavor: delicate taste with spicy notes of chili pepper. The rind is treated with preservatives E202 and E235 and is inedible.

  • Weight and size: each piece weighs about 500 g. It is sold whole or in portions, vacuum-packed or in standard packaging.

  • Allergens: contains milk. Not suitable for people intolerant or allergic to milk.

  • Non-GMO Product: according to suppliers, the product does not contain genetically modified ingredients.
