🚚 When we ship
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays directly from Tuscany. Orders received from Thursday onwards are shipped the following Monday.
🇮🇹 Shipping within Italy
Express courier, with delivery within 1–2 working days of collection in most areas of Italy.

🇩🇪 🇦🇹 Shipping to Germany and Austria
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. Delivery within 2–3 working days of dispatch; fresh meat travels by refrigerated express courier and is delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.

🇨🇭 Switzerland, Norway and Iceland
Shipped with UPS, delivery within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Import duties or taxes may apply for non-EU countries.

For all other European countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
❄️ Packaging
All products are vacuum-packed. Cured meats, cheese and fresh meat travel in insulated packaging at +2/+4 °C, in compliance with cold-chain regulations. Every shipment is tracked with delivery notification.
ORDER FULFILMENT
We will process your order within 1 working day of receiving payment (shipments leave on the first available day between Monday and Wednesday), subject to stock availability. If one or more items are not immediately available, we will let you know straight away and agree with you on a possible partial shipment.
SHIPPING
Once payment has been received, we will hand your goods over to the express courier; indicative delivery times are 1–2 working days after collection in most areas of Italy. Saturdays and public holidays are not included in delivery times. Any delays caused by the courier during transport are not our responsibility and cannot constitute grounds for withdrawal or entitle you to compensation.
DELIVERY
Your products will be delivered during office hours to the address you entered in the order form. As it is not possible to agree a precise delivery time with the courier, we recommend using an address where someone is always available to receive the parcel. Please enter your house number and postcode exactly, and make sure the name you give us matches the name or number on the doorbell. When you receive the goods, always check that the number of parcels on the delivery note matches the number ordered and that the parcels delivered to you are intact.
FAILED DELIVERY
If you or your representative are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery, which you can use to request redelivery of the shipment free of charge, following the instructions in the notice, within the next 3 days. If the goods are not collected at the second attempt either, the courier will hold them at its depot for three days. We hope you will collect the goods; otherwise, we will regretfully have to charge you the additional costs for the failed delivery.
