Lama: The 25 cm NITRUM® stainless steel, rich in chromium of its blade makes it very resistant to corrosion. The minimum hardness of this maple is 52 HRC.

Handle: it is made of compressed wood, with resin sheets that make it resistant to washing machines and of considerable duration and durability.

Rivets: stainless steel for the stamping rivets which form a perfectly assembled and very resistant set
