Cassiopea Bolgheri Doc Poggio al Tesoro
Cassiopea is a rosรฉ with character, capable of expressing complexity and pleasantness. The fragrance that distinguishes it integrates very well with freshness and drinkability.
It is obtained from grapes Cabernet Franc e Merlot, harvested by hand in the first days of September.
A soft pressing of the whole grapes is followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 20 days.
The wine matures on the fine lees and refines for a further month in the bottle before being released on the market.
Bolgheri Rosรฉ Wine
Pale pink in colour, it expresses hints of flowers and small fruits such as blackberry and raspberry on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh with a nice flavor and juiciness, with good persistence.
Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany bruschetta, mixed fried fish, tempura vegetables.
Perfect with tasty soups and stews, grilled white meats and fish dishes.
Enthusiasts recommend it with creamy cheeses such as robiola, savory ricotta and mozzarella.
