The potential of the territory of the Casanova estate combined with the characteristics of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile have allowed the birth of a wine that shows character, intense aromas, pleasantness and drinkability.
The nose shows floral and fruity scents, with citrus and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is wonderfully fresh and delicate with mineral notes and an enveloping acidity.
The sip is enveloping, fresh and fragrant. Ideal with delicate appetizers, fish and white meats.
