Castello Dei Rampolla Sammarco is a wine of the "intense ruby red" type produced by Castello Dei Rampolla in Tuscany, produced with grapes cabernet sauvignon, sangiovese, merlot, from pample and rich aroma, with notes of plums, sour cherries, coffee and oriental spices, with a soft, full-bodied and consistent taste, with a long and spicy finish

It's a Tuscan wine with 18 months aging in barrique and 30 months in bottle, the nose has broad and rich aromas, with notes of plums, sour cherries, coffee and oriental spices.

Vinification and Aging

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in traditional concrete vats. Without filtration, with 12/15 months in barrique and 18/24 months in bottle
