The Formaggio Reale al Tartufo is a soft cheese made with pasteurized cow's and sheep's milk. Inside the wheel, flakes of black truffle (1% of the total) are incorporated, releasing intense aromas and elegant aromatic notes. The rind is superficially treated with natural preservatives E202 and E235; it is not edible.
