The house rosé Panizzi comes from sangiovese and merlot grapes in the vineyards of Larniano, south-west of Saint Gimignano at an altitude of 400 m above sea level.
The winemaking techniques are the same used for Vernaccia and give life to a fresh, lively and tasty wine.
Frank and intense aroma, with notes of small red berries (strawberry, wild raspberry), morello cherry, citrus fruit (grapefruit) and pomegranate, with a delicate herbaceous background that gives freshness.
On the palate, soft and juicy sip with a pleasant acidity.
Enveloping, with fruity notes of morello cherry and strawberry, citrus and with a nice finish that cleans the mouth and refreshes.
