Not your average industrial burger. Our Artisan Etruscan Pork Burger is made from selected Italian pork, coarsely ground and hand-formed by our Tuscan butcher: 150 grams of pure meat, no artificial preservatives, no additives, no meat extenders. The result is a burger that tastes of real meat — flavourful, juicy, with the irregular texture that is the hallmark of artisan production.
🔪 Why this burger is different
The difference between an artisan and an industrial burger is felt at the first bite: coarse grinding keeps the muscle fibres intact, the intramuscular fat melts during cooking releasing juices and flavour, the irregular shape is not a defect but the sign that no machine has pressed and compacted the meat more than necessary. No preservatives, no mechanically separated meat, no added water or starches: just quality Italian meat, salt and the tradition of Tuscan norcineria.

🔥 How to cook it at its best
Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before cooking — cold meat does not cook evenly. In a cast-iron pan or on the grill over high heat: 3–4 minutes per side for medium, 5 minutes per side for well done. Never press the burger during cooking — you lose the juices that make an artisan burger juicy. Salt and pepper only after cooking. Rest 2 minutes before serving.

For a complete Tuscan burger board, pair the burger with Finocchiona IGP as a topping or starter, and Cave-Aged Pecorino Stagionato from Caseificio Follonica melted directly on the burger during the last seconds of cooking.
🍷 Pairing suggestions
A young, easy-drinking Tuscan red: Morellino di Scansano, Rosso di Montepulciano or a simple Chianti. For beer lovers, a craft amber ale or a Tuscan IPA pairs well with the richness of pork. Avoid light whites and sparkling wines — they are overwhelmed by the intense meat flavour.

❓ FAQ
What is Etruscan pork?
Etruscan is the commercial name identifying a selection of premium Italian pork, artisan-processed by our Tuscan butcher according to the traditional methods of regional norcineria.
Is the meat fresh or frozen?
Fresh. The burger is prepared and shipped refrigerated at +2/+4°C. It is never frozen before dispatch. Always respect the best-before date on the label.
Can I cook it straight from the fridge?
Better not. Taking it out 15 minutes before cooking allows the meat to reach an even temperature, ensuring more uniform cooking and a juicier result.
When is fresh meat shipped?
Only on Mondays and Tuesdays, to guarantee delivery by Friday with the cold chain intact. Orders placed from Wednesday onwards are dispatched the following Monday.
How does refrigerated shipping work?
Every order travels refrigerated at +2/+4°C, vacuum-sealed and in an insulated box with cooling gel. This way the products arrive fresh and in the best condition, as if just picked up in the shop.
How soon will I receive my order?
Delivery normally takes place within 1-3 working days of shipping, throughout Italy. You receive the tracking number by email to follow your parcel all the way home.
Is there a minimum order or do I need to register?
No: there is no minimum order and no mandatory registration. Add the products to your cart, enter your address and complete the order in a few steps.
How do I store the products when they arrive?
Keep fresh products in the fridge at +2/+4°C and consume them by the date shown on the label. For cured meats and aged cheeses you will find storage instructions in the product description.
Do you also ship abroad?
We ship throughout Italy and to the 27 countries of the European Union, always with refrigerated and insulated packaging that maintains the cold chain until delivery.
Which payment methods can I use?
