Fresh meat can be shipped only and exclusively with refrigerated vehicles at a controlled temperature 2+ / 4+. Delivery times vary depending on the destination area from 24 to 72 hours from the moment of collection from the warehouse which will be on Monday or Tuesday.
Information and Advice
Chianina meat generally has lean meat, but with excellent marbling close to the muscles, especially in the larger specimens.
Bright red in color and with a tight, consistent grain, its flesh is simultaneously firm and elastic to the touch.
The visible fat is white in color and should not tend too yellow.
We recommend cooking the Chianina Florentine steak on the grill, not overcooked, and adding salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil only at the end of cooking.
