How to best appreciate the Salamino di Cinghiale

To be appreciated in all its fragrance, Wild Boar Salami must acclimate to room temperature if it was previously stored in the fridge.

In this way all the taste of wild boar hunter will emerge, which is very characterized, intense and fragrant, a delight for all lovers of cured meats produced with game.

Given its tenacity and persistence in the mouth, this salami prefers the great full-bodied and thick red wines of the Tuscan tradition: Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti Classico, Nobile di Montepulciano, Bolgheri, just to name the most famous.
